KATE LIDBETTER

Kate is a longstanding business coach and consultant, having enhanced the career progression of all manner of people in a variety of sectors and organisations for over 25 years. She has worked with CEOs, Permanent Secretaries, Judges, Non-Execs Partners, Directors and others across public and private sectors. Her earlier career included many years as a financial analyst, and later as a business consultant she formed a successful change–consulting practice for a leading IT services firm delivering on large–scale IT projects. Kate then founded a leadership development consultancy in 1999 where she was Finance Director and Head of Coaching. Her background means she is extremely skilled at both spotting personal strengths and articulating how those strengths can be powerfully justified across a variety of business environments. Kate is a Chartered Associate of the Institute of Financial Services, has an MBA (Henley), qualified as Chartered Business Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, has an MA in Professional Development (Business Coaching) from Middlesex University. Kate became an independent in order to focus on what she loves doing most – coaching and writing Magic CVs.

KIM CRAWFORD

Kim started her career in advertising working at Saatchi’s on global brands. She moved into recruitment, setting up her own business which became a leader in the field of creative recruitment. Clients included many network agencies and assignments covered senior level appointments across management, strategy and creatives. Following the successful sale of her business, Kim founded a bespoke talent finding agency which has been working with clients in New York, Asia, Europe and the UK. She is also a business consultant and performance coach. Throughout her career Kim has continuously developed her people skills through leadership development training, interview coaching and she is a certified Psychometric Tester. Her philosophy is simple – honesty, enthusiasm and passion for people and creativity mixed with a healthy dose of commercial realism and resilience. Magic CVs allows Kim to bring together her skills in talent management, business leadership and a genuine passion for helping people be the best they can be.
